“Simple to renew . Peace of mind. Trusted reliable. Had to use service on breakdown, mechanic arrived promptly. Start call handler checked in with me that I was OK, I was on my own and this reassured me.”

“Staff have always been friendly, polite and helpful whenever I have spoken to them over the phone. My car broke down, it was easy to report it using the mobile app, and recovery arrived in about 45 minutes. Excellent service, highly reccomended.”

“I have been with start rescue a number of years, had my motorcycle recovered twice, once a puncture and once a burst radiator, car twice, once a puncture, I couldn't get wheel off and once an electrical issue, all the times I've been recovered the service has been fairly prompt and hassle free, I haven't given it 5 stars because of the cost which has crept up since I first joined , its getting close to the majority of other providers.”

“I've been with Start Rescue since 2022. The Defacto rating, Which recommended and Independent reviews persuaded me over the big companies. The pricing was much better than the major companies. Luckily, I have have never needed to use it. However, family members have needed the services, and have had a positive response. Thank you.”

“Year on year I renew my membership with Startrescue. On the few occasion when I called for help it was there. Over the years a flat battery, a shredded tyre and once engine system failure. Each time the level of customer care from the recovery mechanic was first class”
