“Recovery vehicle arrived after 45 minutes. Driver was very helpful, dropped my car at the local repairer and offered to drive me home even though it was in the opposite direction to his base.”

“We ( I and mdmdbers of my family) have been customers for several years Luckily we did not have big serious problems but we werr happy withe service on the few occasions we needed help. Administartive staff were courteous and professional when we had queries about memebership”

“No rescue required in this last year but used in 2022. Start Rescue were excellent in delivering my car and my wife and I back home .So renewal this year at the cost is good value compared to other breakdown companies.”

“I've broken down once and it was one very nasty night the rescue was a bit slow because the recovery agent had only one person working that night the guy was rushed of his feet but he was very good as was the team what took the call they kept ringing me to apologise. So overall it was OK. From me reporting the breakdown it took 5hours to me getting home”
