“I have only had to use breakdown recovery once, but when I did it eas a great service, picked up and taken home from a house address within the hour. The recovery company guy was friendly and chatty. This was in Marlborough, I was throughly impressed from the app to being dropped home in London.”

“Recommended by Which? was the first recommendation for using Start. the other wa the fact that when i took out a Breakdown package with the AA they only covered one call out per year, all in the small print but not stated on the website”

“I have been with Start rescue for over 4 years and they're with out doubt the best break down service available. They always use there own recovery personnel how give a professional top quality service, unlike other breakdown services and the customer service is second to none. I recommend START RESCUE 100%”

“On the occasions I have had to call them, the response has been firstclass. From making the initual call, reporting my problem through to to the despatch of assisitance surpassed my expectations. I had been able to make the car drivable - at least sufficently to get me home- notified / update the call centre. All calls have been answered quickly, efficiently and ( in my case ) assistance recalled to the garage.”

“Fortunately, we have only had to call out SR once, but the service we received then was excellent. We have been with SR for over 7 years and find the cost of covering two vehicles extremely good value!!”

“They send recuse vans, but those vans don't carry OBD scanner with them to tell us what fault car has it. Hope they tell recuse vans to carry OBD with them in future.”
