“I have been assisted twice while a member over the last few years. Both times the service from the live telephone operators was excellent and clear. The wait times for assistance were clearly explained, was updated and was very reasonable. The knowledge of the technicians who attended was also first class. The cost of this exceptional service is market-leading. I had no hesitation to renew the policy at renewal and there was none of the ridiculous price gouging with 100% increases in premiums when there have been no claims which other insurers think are an acceptable business practice. Highly recommended for the levels of cover and the price.”

“I have been with Start Rescue for a long time. I have needed their service in Europe, UK and Home rescue. The service they provide, when needed is worth 10 stars. I have found their staff compassionate, and proffessional when I am stressed due to the problem with my vehicle. I cannot fault this Company in any way and will continue to use them at renewal.”

“C'mon Guys, be sensible. I have purchased breakdown insurance. I would obviously prefer not to have given a Star rating at all as you are currently unrated by me, but as you insist on having one, one is given for no other reason. I can't rate you until you respond, should I ever be in need of your assistance. Your correspondance has been OK, but I cannot at present verify anything else.”

“Unfortunately for me I've had to use Smart Rescue twice but I'm happy to say they are a fantastic rescue service. App works well, waiting no more than 30 mins both times, 1st time picked up and taken back home. 2nd at home and fixed. Hence renewing as can't fault.”
