“Just what I needed motorcycle and car breakdown cover in one.”

“Hi yeah I read up a bit and you appear to be an up and coming top breakdown service so I thought give you a shot ! Only two points could be improved upon so far ! Firstly you should issue membership cards to all members as other major breakdown companies do. And secondly it would be great if the policy covered my saloon taxi ! As i have read its only for my private car. Many thanks for a long and happy membership.”

“Our 50 years of loyalty to our existing leading brand breakdown provider was rewarded with an exhorbitant renewal fee nearly four times higher than for a new member. Researched alternative providers amongst which was Start Rescue. Start was well priced, highly rated and with good reviews. Our choice of Start was finally decided when a local garage proprietor unreservedly recommended Start in preference to the leading brand providers. Once decided upon, Start's application, payment and documentation process was easy and straightforward. We are now relieved to have in place acceptable alternative breakdown cover, hopeful that should the time come it will be matched by it's roadside service which is where the true value lies. Our 4 star rating would then become 5.”

“Very competitive price. Did in fact break down, due to the nature of the breakdown, it was unable to be repaired. Was towed within 2 hours on a Monday to my selected location.”
