“I had to use Start Rescue recently for an emergency call out. Their provider, Call Assist came in good time and gave me great help in diagnosing my failing alternator and getting me back on the road by recommending a mobile mechanic.”

“This rescue Co have been brilliant over many years I have been with them. I don’t use them every year for a call out, but when I do the whole experience has been seamless. I forgot to advise a change of vehicle and when I called after a breakdown they handled things without drama and accepted the vehicle change without quibble. Absolutely brilliant service. Knocks spots off the 2 big providers.”

Hello David, We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy your policy has renewed. Auto renewal is enabled at the point of purchase to protect customers at renewal; this can however be switched off at anytime by updating your settings online in the Customer Lounge or by calling our Customer Services Department. We have no record of you contacting us to request that auto renewal is switched off, which is why your policy has renewed, but if you wish for the renewal to be refunded, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer services team. “As a long standing customer i recently renewed only to find when I needed assistance I had to wait over 2 and a half hours on a very cold and wet t day. As a pensioner, on my own, I found it very difficult. There was no shop nearby to go into as suggested by the customer service operator .”
