“I needed help communicating due to my anxieties of online apps etc. I spoke to a real human being who was extremely sensitive, courteous and thouroughly helpful and reassuring. That experience in itself was enough to keep me as a customer. I didn't hesitate to renew my cover and really appreciate the very good price charged. I highly recommend Start Rescue.”

“Competitive prices and positive reviews. Slightly disappointed that cover for the first 48 hours is restricted. Understandable if cover starting immediately to prevent misuse but cover didn't start for two weeks after purchase. Hopefully it won't be needed but just seems petty if genuinely required . . .”

“Web site easy to use. Although I have not needed a call-out myself I used you for someone who was stranded and not a member. I was most impressed with your service (the person obviously had to pay for the un-insured call-out but felt the charge was not unreasonable)”

“Not many breakdown providers include accident cover and happily cover older cars. Two key points for choosing Start Rescue. Not only that I was surprised to find they have an App to make a breakdown report dead easy. Not that I’m expecting my car to break down, probably as much chance as any. I couldn’t as yet comment on the service and most probably will never need to but always best to have the backup. If reviews are anything to go on I’m sure it’s very trustworthy”
