“We have had 2 incidents of flat tyres in the past year and on both occasions Steart Rescue were thoughtful and helpful in their response. As 80 year olds we had difficulty with the necessary procedures, but the staff were endlessly patient and polite and the rescue personelle friendly and kind.”

“They have always been very good to respond to break downs.. My renewal didn't go through because of a change of card and they let me know in good time thankfully and I spoke to an advisor who dealt with this courteously and in a timely manner.. only thing I would say is that if you want to pay monthly it does hugely increase the charge and the actual cost is high on the admin percentage. Being covered for breakdown is the most important thing and so far I haven't had a problem when I've called...”

“I’ve been with Start Rescue for many years. I’ve had to use their breakdown service a couple of times over the years. Excellent service and fair annual fee. Easy to contact and they got to me under an hour. I wouldn’t use any other.”
