“I've had a few problems with the car, in the UK and in Europe and they were always beyond helpful and efficient and friendly. I just wouldn't go with another breakdown company. They are very competitive and reward loyalty which is very much appreciated these days. As to "why did you choose to buy/renew our cover", shame it is only one box you can tick because as far as I am concerned, would tick them all! Thank you very much.”

“I decided to take Breakdown cover with Start Rescue as their costs were competitive compared to others I looked at. Fortunately I have needed a call out in the first year but am happy with the renewal price I've received.”

“I had flat tyre, a home start proble. It was a rainy day and I was surprised at the speed the help arrived. Considering, I only joined the service a few days ago. I was so disappointed with AA before, having to talk to computer explaining the same details again and again to a Robo, I decided to say good bye to AA.”

“The service received once the logon/reporting procedure was completed was fine....but the increased number of steps to 'get there' have become more stressful. These include acknowledging a text - being redirected to a website - having all detail at hand ready to complete the online process is now time consuming and, unless the circumstances are ideal, stressful. This is all very well if you've broken down in daylight, have parked/pulled over in a completely safe time unlimted space and have your reading glasses at hand. Once all complete - the service operates well.”

Reporting your breakdown online or by using our app can be faster and it sends your precise location to our Breakdown Team, which is why you are prompted to do this should when you call. If you would prefer to speak with someone, simply select this option when you telephone us, our Rescue Coordinators are available 24 hours a day to arrange assistance for you.
