“I can only comment generally as my car has never broken down. Prompt replies to emails, good price especially compared to AA, RAC and Green Flag. Documents emailed quickly and always have been accurate. Will continue to use”

“Thankfully I've never needed to use your services however have found the ease and availability of being able to talk to a real person on the telephone a real bonus.I also think the method of reporting a breakdown with the app truly excellent.”

“The ease of reporting on the App. You then receive a call ,at first I was what was the point of the app then! We realised we were very stressed and hearing a very reassuring friendly voice was much appreciated. We also received a call to check if we needed further assistance.”

“I have 3 vehicles on policy and thankfully this last year only had toask for help on one occasion. Service was quick and my Daughter-in -law was made to feel safe, problem sorted. I have been with them quite a few years and am happy to renew again this yeat. Thank team”

“Excellent value and have been with them for 20+ years. When I have had to call out were there in less than 30 mins. Incredibly on one occasion it was less than 5 mins! When things can be fixed at the roadside the parts are sensible prices with no add on cost. Brilliant organisation using local garages as a network meaning the customer gets an excellent service. Call handlers are always friendly and helpful especially if you don't know where you are! They help pinpoint your location. They keep you up to date via text and call ensuring you have been met and are safe ( especially helpful as a single mum). Recommend 100%”

“The online joining process was a little difficult as I found the website confusing. The app did not seem to work properly. I also wanted to pay annually but got it wrong so paying monthly. I hope to contact you and amend this to annually on the next working day.”
