“I don't like the way you try to increase premium payable by a huge percentage every year but then apply a large discount when I ring up to complain. A waste of your time and mine.”

Rewarding loyalty is something that is very important to us, and we do so for every Start Rescue customer by automatically including savings in your renewal quote, meaning that renewing customers will never pay more than our standard website retail prices. “Very helpful staff. Called out start rescue for a home start as my battery was dead. I received welfare calls to check if the mechanic had been and checking if I was ok. Really nice to know that a com[pany cares about you, when you breakdown.”

“Very caring for ladies on motorcycles. i had a puncture in the middle of nowhere and the call handlers rang me and kept me informed on the state of the recovery and to check that I was ok. Excellent”
