“We had to call out as our car wouldn’t start the service was great. We were kept informed throughout and the mechanic who attended was knowledgeable and polite. They turned up when they said and issue was resolved in a few minutes. All done efficiently through the mobile app.”

“Start Rescue have been good for the past few years. We had to wait a long time at the side of a busy road with rescue vehicles not turning up; however, when they did, the driver was very helpful. The cost of SR is OK, however, it costs nearly as much for admin as it does the actual cover & one of our cars is two years older than the other, and it costs more to cover even though it is only used for local use. Overall, SR is a good service, but it could be improved.”

“I have been with Start rescue for over a year and always found the service provided excellent. I have not had to call them out but if this service is as good as their Customer Service , there should not be a problem if I need them.”
