“I have been with Start Rescue for several years. When I have had vehicle issues they have always been prompt in actioning assistance. As my wife is disabled it is good to know we would not be stranded if our vehicle breaks down. As an example, in the last year whilst on a long trip to see family the battery failed (having only been replaced at a service a few months previously). This stranded the vehicle (an automatic) after a time. Star Rescue were able to sent someone within an hour to check/repair the vehicle. This led to the vehicle needing recovery back to our home, a distance of over 100 miles. A recovery vehicle arrived within the given time and my wife and myself were taken home with the vehicle by a courteous and helpful agent. The battery was replaced by the servicing garage under warranty.”

“Very straight forward to deal with and everything is set in very simple terms. I have let the package be renewed automatically as the offer was very good and totally reasonable - unlike oothers who shall remain nameless. Fortunately I have had no reason to use the service as yet - so I cannot comment further,”

“It's a reasonable service but I had to wait 1¼ hours for a breakdown truck. They could improve the waiting time. I like the app in order to report a breakdown.”
