“I broke down and it took nearly 3 hours to get to me. The mechanic only jump started the car, he wouldn’t fit the new battery we had. I complained and no one even spoke to me before deciding the service I had received was good. I have unsurprisingly moved to another company for cover. Definitely the worst service I have ever received.”

“My car would not start recently, it is a hybrid, we waited about 45mins with frequent updates given to us on their expected arrival time. Very friendly garage mechanic successfully got my car going, with some advice for us re car. Very happy as first time I have used Start Rescue in 2yrs from joining.”

“My wife had left the lights on her car which flaattened the battery completely. I called Start Rescue and found the customer service first class. I was contacted by the breakdown team with the time they would be on site and also received a confirmation of the same from Start Rescue. The engineer arrived ahead of schedule, got the car started and even tested the battery to make sure it had not been damaged. Shortly afterwards Start Rescue cwere in touch again to make sure everything had been done to my satisfaction.”

“We use Start Rescue for both our cars for many years and will continue to do so for the foreseeable. . Mine is a 2004 reg Ford Focus (228,000 miles!) and my wife's is a 2018 reg Yaris. While they are both serviced regularly there are occasional problems and this is where Start Rescue comes in. They have always responded and they keep us informed as to what is happening.”
