“Very quick to help me when car broke down and they kept me informed through the process”

“Although I haven't personally had a breakdown my partner has a separate policy with start rescue and they were out to her within 20 minutes and had her back on the road within 40 minutes after she had a puncture.The price of cover is reasonable unlike some other breakdown organisations .I would recommend start rescue and have full confidence that should I have an issue they will be able to sort it out quickly”

“I took out insurance, then realised 2025 had automatically renewed for 2026. I telephoned, I was so impressed I wasn’t put in a queue and the gentleman who helped me did so quickly and efficiently.”

“I have not heard of you until a customer of ours told us about you. I have just had my renewal from the AA which ends 28th Feb so I rang to find out what you offer and was more than pleased with the outcome my account starts 1st March for 2 cars and a trailer thank you”

“One of my front tyres blew. Start rescue were with me in under an hour and the tyre was replaced by a pleasant, helpful mechanic. He also advised me to get the other front tyre checked as it was showing signs of unusual wear. It turned out that I had a damaged wishbone which could have led to an accident - I’m so grateful for his advice.”

“Have been with the big rescue services before but changed a few years ago and couldn’t be happier no messing around always courteous have signed my granddaughter and my best mate up to them as he was being charged a lot for the service i recieved. More than happy with start rescue”
