I like start rescue been with company since 2018 onwards . I have had breakdowns along the way and provided with good service when recovered .

I have been with Start for a number of years now and have suffered a few breakdowns of various different things. They have always arrived in very good time, been polite and understanding at what was a stressful time for me and got me to a garage, home or mended at the roadside. the phone conversations are clear, polite and positive. They call regularly to update me on the situation. I highly reccommend them.

I had not previously heard of Start Rescue, but after reading the which reviews of breakdown cover providers, I checked them out . I ended up deciding to go for a greater level of cover, including Europe, then I had previously intended because of the minimal price difference when selecting the five star service . I am particularly impressed with the fact that there is an app so that I do not need to fumble for bits of paper a phone numbers etc if indeed I get into difficulties, particularly abroad. Let's hope that the good news continues, but so far all looks good

I’ve been with start rescue for a number of years on the odd occasion that I have called for assistance I have not had to wait very long for help to arrive. Each time got me or my wife home safely. Unlike the last company not collecting my car for more than nine hours

My policy price reduced by £25 (two bikes covered) as you are no longer covering my main bike for European use….the whole purpose of the policy. Not impressed-will seek other cover Nxt year

The availability of our cover and all pricing takes into account the risk factors related to the vehicle breaking down and as such, we presently don't offer European cover to vehicles over 10 years of age. Customer services were excellent, answered all my questions leaving no doubts. As a person with a wheelchair car I feel reassured that in the event of a breakdown that my vulnerable passenger and myself would be rescued sooner rather than later, like a previous well known breakdown company

I do not recommend Start Rescue. When I called to update my information, I was informed that my policy had expired and that I needed to purchase a new one. They wanted to charge me approximately £140 for the renewal. However, when I went online to check the policy I needed—after explaining my requirements—I found that a policy including everything I needed was available for only £56. It seemed unnecessary to charge me the higher amount when the other option met all my needs. Additionally, I received misinformation. For example, I asked if I had home start coverage and was told that I did. However, when I called due to issues with my car, I was informed that I did not have this coverage and would incur additional charges. There was a lot of misleading information, and I was not given accurate details. Since I was still within the cooling-off period, I called to cancel my policy, only to be questioned about why I had two policies. To clarify, I already had an existing policy, and my details should have been updated easily. I did have coverage for home start and should not have incurred any additional charges. Overall, I had a stressful and unsatisfactory experience. I believe the staff needs better training, as they do not seem to fully understand their roles. I understand a supervisor is looking into this issue, but when you are already dealing with car problems and stress, the last thing you need is additional complications. What you truly need is reliability and confidence in your rescue company.
