“Competitive priced to start with and reward loyalty. Whenever I've called up I get straight through to a helpful person. No waiting on hold. The loyalty aspect and the fact I can speak to human are almost unheard of at most other places.”

“Unable to reveiw as I HAVEN'T BROKEN DOWN YET. The agent I dealt with when enroling with START RESCUE was very good and patient. But the proof is in the pudding.”

Hello Sharon, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear of your disappointment at being provided with a tow and not a roadside fix when you have had the need to call us for assistance. Depending on the fault reported, will depend on whether a fix can be made at roadside. “I wont say cheap because that implies you get a cheap service, i will say less expensive than the main guys, but you get a super service, fast , friendly and in my opinion value for money.”

“I have just renewed my breakdown cover with Start Rescue. I have found them very helpful if I have had any questions about my cover. I broke down last year and I was very pleased with their response to get help to me as quickly as they did. They also checked I was alright while waiting for help to arrive and again after my car was mended. I would recommend Start Rescue with confidence that I know they will do the best job.”

“I needed a Start Rescue service last year . After my car would not start after a cold and wet night , and needed the battery charging up. Your engineer arrived very soon after my call to your incident room . And very soon got my car up and running again . I do not hesitate in saying that the service that I received from your company was of the highest standard , and I highly recommend them.”

“Been with Start Rescue several years now. We have covered our cars, our daughter's car and our motorbikes. Luckily, none of us have ever required recovery, so can't comment on that side of things. It's easy to update vehicle details and changes. The loyalty discount keeps us coming back, otherwise we would shop around.”

“I was very impressed with the customer service and the prompt response to my phone call. I did have some problems completing the application online as the site wouldnt let me complete the purchase. However, I did manage to complete the process over the phone with a very helpful customer adviser. I had hoped for a more competive price, however, the price is still cheaper than my current provider and the treatment I have received has been massively better.”
