“No hassle to register, advise you throughout year with tips for safety & car care. Only used once since becoming a member several years ago. However the service was efficient.”

“Excellent help and servce when needed. Have been with Start Rescue for some years now and only this year, 2026, needed 'rescuing' - blown tyre caused by pothole. A speedy and efficient car pickup by a low-loader to nearest tyre replacement company. Could not be better.”

“Very quick answering phone and very helpful staff albeit quite a lot of messing around too long sorting details Service ok but simple fault not found resulting in unneccary transporting to garage near home who sorted in minutes with fuel related O ring Transport was made by 2 vehicles - relay - which wasted a lot of time and caused even more anxiety not helped by drivers having a lengthy chat...”

“I have used their services last year and I cannot fault them at all. From the phone operators to the recovery truck staff they were all great, very professional and even put a smile back on my face.”

“I’ve been a Start Rescue customer for over 5 years. I’ve never used their Breakdown service so far. However, in terms of interaction with them, I am happy with the price they offer. They also provide excellent Customer Service. So, it is very likely for me to use Start Rescue in the future.”

“Your business model is for the 21st Century. Your competitors' business model was for the 20th Century. Think about it, when we were with the RAC, when the van finally arrived, five and a half hours later, the first thing he told us was that he was the only van on duty in the whole area. Thanks. What do you do? Establish location using 21st Century technology, phone the nearest garage.”

“I have broken down twice since being with Smart Rescue and in both times I was reassured and treated with courtesy. Whilst waiting for the rescue they kept constant contact to make sure I was OK. Cannot fault their service and would highly recommend them to anyone.”
