“In past years l have had to use Start Rescue, they attend quickly sending out knowledgeable mechanics from local garages near your breakdown. I have used many breakdown services in 70 years of motoring and must say found them to be the best.”

“I've been with Start Rescue for several years now and have called them out on, I think, three occasions. They have always responded promptly and, on the last occasion just over two years ago, arranged for my car to be transported back to my home (the problem was a faulty battery which I replaced the next day). Fortunately, I was only about two miles from home when the car broke down but their service was excellent. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“A rescue service is only good if you breakdown and need it,..I did and they're ached me as soon as they could and meanwhile kept me updated. They put my car on their trailer and wirh me in the cab took me safely back home so I could contact a local garage. I felt in contact with them while I waited and never felt unsafe. Companies are only as good as you find them in an emergency, fancy websites are nothing if the practical help is bad. I found this company to be helpful and sympathetic which is why I always renew my breakdown cover with them. Thank you StartRescue”

“I’ve been unlucky enough to break down twice since 2022—first in my car and most recently on my motorbike. Start Rescue responded promptly on both occasions, and the operatives were able to pinpoint the faults straight away. While they couldn't carry out the repairs by the roadside, the towing and delivery to my chosen destinations went without a single hitch.”

“I've been with Start Rescue a few years now. Happily, I haven't needed them over the past year but I've had cause to call them a couple of times in the past. Have always found them both efficient and competititive.”

“The sign-up process to this breakdown service was very clean and simple. However, the proof of the pudding will be when I need their assistance (although I hope that never happens). That is when it will be appropriate to complete this type of survey - otherwise this is premature. All I am rating is the signup process.”

“First rescue service i have been a member of that the premium has come down considerably the second year. I am lucky to have not needed to call Start Rescue in my first year of membership but good to know that they are there if I need them.”
