“I have used on a couple of occasions since joining several years ago. Would recommend on service. Also on price and particularly that the price is not hiked for renewing - a major annoyance and why I looked for an alternative from other. Loyalty is rewarded not penalised.”

“Since joining you several years ago I have called on your service on just two occasions, both relating to flat tyres. The response time, on the first occasion, was good and on the second occasion there was a delay as the engineer, who was coming to me, was held up at a previous call.”

“From my experience with all the front line staff over the years - They have always been very helpfull and understanding of any concerns or questions I raised. So I am most certain - if every I need to contact the breakdown team - they will be equally efficent and helpfull.”

“On the three occasions we have used our Start Rescue Personal cover, the customer service was excellent, and either the vehicle issues were sorted at the point of breakdown, or in the case of a puncture on a motorcycle, they provided a prompt recovery service back to our home. I have had cover with start rescue for 8 tears, and have never been tempted to change to another service.”

“I had to call you out when I was in my wife's car who also has cover with you can't fault the service I was recovered in 45 minutes and kept updated all the time fortunately haven't had to call you out with my car but I'm sure I will receive the same excellent service.”

“very reasonable price and on 2 occasions in the past when I had a problem and a few years back my son did the service was excellent. fast and easy. Same when my partner damaged a tyre. fast recovery to tyre centre (no spare wheel)”
