“Excellent policy for the price and excellent service. Have used start rescue for family cars for a number of years, fortunately only had to use the service once for my son's car which we couldn't get started. Service received in that instance was excellent and very professional, and didn't have to wait too long. Would recommend.”

“I have been with Start Rescue for many years, as of yet I have not had to call on the services they offer. But now there are many rescue companies offering cheaper services for the same package. I have just renewed for the next 12 months, but willl look at there costs next year if it goes up much more I will find another company”

“Prices on your website are OK and on a par with many others, but the quote that I went with was via one of the money-saving sites with an offer for new customers. So whilst very happy with the price I have paid as a new customer, I will be assuming (until such time I am proved wrong) that the price will go up significantly when it comes to renewal. This is so often the case where new customers are looked after better than existing ones. Anyway, we will see when the time comes. As to cover, it is what I am looking for and reviews and consistent awards from Which? lead me to hope that I will have a good experience all round. The options below only allow me to select one reason for choosing this cover but it was also due to competitive price and the Defaqto rating.”
