“Reliable, Professional, and Great Value – Highly Recommended! I’ve been using Start Rescue for many years, and they’ve never let me down. Whenever I or my wife have had a breakdown, the engineers have always been expert and efficient, and the call-out times have been excellent. Every time I’ve contacted them, the staff have been professional, polite, and helpful. Their prices are extremely competitive, and I see no reason to switch to another provider. I would recommend Start Rescue to anyone looking for great service at a great price.”

“I used Start for the first time on 22 November 2025. I called them when my clutch failed and I requested a recovery. They said it would be 45 minutes. I called then after 1.5 hours and they said another 30 minutes. A recovery truck arrived 2 .5 hours after I first called and unbelievably the driver was not there to recover my vehicle but only check that it was the clutch that had broken! I called Start again after he drove off and they said another 1.5 hours before I would be recovered. Well, after over another 4 hours the same recovery driver appeared after completing two other jobs! My home was only a 20 minute drive away. It was a total of 7.25 hours from calling Start to putting my car on the recovery truck. One of the worst experiences of my life!”
