“Locked myself out of car on motorway cafe. Start were very helpful and I was back on the road after 2 hours on a Sunday. Easy to contact and update advice received on arrival times etc. The mobile app would have been great if I hadn't locked my phone in the car. Thanks”

“Had cover for years, the one time we needed to use it the service was excellent, have renewed every year since, was disappointed this year that they would not cover our 10 year old car in Europe, looked into other companies and they will cover up to 20 year old vehicles, but could not take cover with them as at the time my renewal was due i was in Europe, so classed as a started journey. I am now going to have to risk my journey back. Will have to look elsewhere in the future.”

“The renewal price of £69.90 this year was up £3.82 from the previous year. I personally think it's significant considering there were no claims at all from my part for several years. Same cover was available on comparison sites £3.33 cheaper than the actual premium paid this year. Like many of the organisations, there should be a balance and method recognising loyalty and no claims without having to subsidise those who do.”
