Not yet but it is not acceptable to pay as a member excess everytime I break down! Plus you do not cover cars over 10 years of age!! Your company is not very understanding with the needs of your customers and not very practicle in the this day and age.

Very poor at locating vehicle when broken down, "I`m only a trainee". I am diabetic and I suffered considerable discomfort while waiting for the break down truck. No response to my complaint.

I have had a really bad experience with you guys which really put me off. The repairer who came out got me to go to the garage while I had a flat tyre and as a result the tyre had become damaged and unusable which was very frustrating considering it was a relatively new tyre. You will be able to see this from your records. Also had it not been for the fact that I am unemployed and short of cash I would have stuck it out with the RAC. Also your app is not working either.

Once purchased the at home breakdown cover (£30) then had an email trying to get me to pay an additional £60 for the repairs which will cost me if I breakdown with an excess of £25......should of just paid £58 and stayed with RAC

Broke down....filled the online claim through app answering all the questions to to pin point my whereabouts and the nature of the breakdown....waited 10mins then an agent rang to confirm then asked the same questions asked on the app again....due to the severe weather conditions that day was told would be at least 2hrs before a recovery/repair be made...after 2hrs was kept update on the time scale which kept on extending...once a mechanic was found was told would be there in 1hr....After an hr and a half...got a call to find out if anybody had turned up.... told them no, the agent said would ring the driver and call back...called back the driver had somehow got my where abouts wrong and it was another hr....driver eventually turned up 4 and a half hrs later... lucky I didn't have my kids or wife with me as I was sat in the car with a flat battery no heating!!! Not great best experience

The only contact that was made was an email to inform me that my policy had been renewed. It would have been nice if someone had got in touch with me before it was due to run out and to discuss it.

I make 5 or 6 trips a year to Europe by van and motorcycle, I need to cover 6 vehicles so the change to personal cover with respect to European cover is a disaster. I shall now purchase motor insurance that inludes European breakdown cover and not renew Start Rescue when it expires.

I was on way to garage for clutch replacement. clutch finally burnt out on the A 14. husband phoned you to say I was marooned on the hard shoulder of this very busy dock road. you classed me as an emergency and promised help within an hour. the police rescued me and towed me to a lay by. my husband phoned you again to say I was now in a lay by but still vulnerable, according to the police! your truck took nearly three hours to get to me. the weather was extremely cold

Poor customer service and given wrong advice when had a motorway breakdown with 4 young children. Over 2 hour wait!

I have a problem with 2 things. Firstly, I find your website totally unuseable: this meant that I had to renew my policy by phoning your company. Secondly I have not received any confirmation of any sort that I have actually renewed apart from this request for a review. I would appreciate it if I could be sent or at least given access on the internet to something that shows I have renewed my policy so that I have it to hand if I need to call out your company in the case of a breakdown.

No help when I tried to renew (late as I didn't get the reminder and didn't realise it was late ).and your compter system was down, I was on a long journey the day after I tried to renew and when I eventually managed, the day I was travelling, was told I would not be covered if anything happened. Not my fault your system was down!

I went to get my documents but found i needed a password. I had not in the application process been asked to set up a password so i went for the forgotten password option but I did not receive the promised email. I eventually rang your call centre and when I said I was unhappy with the process I was told " that,s the way our system works". The operator did say she would resend access code but I still did not receive it .when nothing appeared in my inbox she sent it a second time but still nothing arrived. She said she would refer the matter to IT the next day and i think she said I would be contacted but to date nothing.I continued to check my emails and after about 1 hour I found 3 emails with an access code . In summary what should have been a simple straight forward transaction was very time consuming and immensely frustrating.
