Rescue is fab I have 4 family cars covered, just problems with trying to renew as customer service was rubbish when getting discount the lady would not listen to me whe I tried to explain.So went online and did it myself.

I've been sent this review the day after I signed-up. I therefore have only the sign up process to go on; there were some issues with the iPhone App, where there are no labels on the 2 fields that require customer data, meaning many people, (according to the reviews on the App Store) are unable, at least initially, to figure out how to register with the app due to this issue. Similarly, when seeking, on the main website, to download my new documentation, there's nothing to tell you that you need, in the 'Customer Lounge' (?) to click on the START number to get to your own data; I had to ring up to find this out. Both issues would have been avoided if the relevant areas had been labeled to guide customers who have never seen the site before. Again, as this is only the day after I signed-up, it seems a bit soon to be asking how it's gone!

i have set up my policy and paid for it, when doing this it stated that i would recieve an e-mail so that i can register to view my documents. i have still not recieved this.

Other than the price being reasonable, I have not received any log in details for my online account or paperwork for my policy. I currently have no proof of my breakdown. I was told to use yourselves by word of mouth however I am not happy with the service I have received hey

still waiting to receive e-mail confirming details of policy. Have already requested this but so far no response . I can only assume that I will be covered if help is needed , from 26/03/17.

My new policy had a 28% increase I had to beg for a reduction still 15% higher than last year, I may change next year where is the loyalty from Start Rescue ?

You have done nothing more than take payment yet are looking for feedback how can I feedback on a breakdown company that has never attended a breakdown for me nervous now as to the credibility of the company I have signed up for

I tried to reactivate my account several times and never received the email password reset link. I then bought a policy but all the attachments were blank so I couldn't download or print my policy. The end of the purchase said I would be sent an email to finish setting my account up, but 3 days later I still haven't received it. I do have a note of the policy number but am going to have to phone the call centre to see if it has actually been activated and ask for a copy of my documents as I still can't access the customer lounge.

Not willing to lower the price as compare to other competitive providers the difference was £22 but wouldn't consider competing with other providers, that's despite being with them over 3 yrs, also this personal cover is only limited to six call outs per year which I think it should be at least ten especially other providers give unlimited call out !

To be honest the operator I spoke to sounded totally disinterested and the longer the conversation went on the more her tone became bored to the point where I thought she was drunk or on drugs.. Despite this I am going with Start Rescue for 1 year to see if she was not representative of the service you can provide.

So far not impressed as I am STILL waiting for you to send me an email with the link to complete the account set up process. This email has successfully come through so not sure what the problem is with the set up email!

I received an email after purchasing my policy telling me that repairs were not included and I needed to add this for a fee. Not happy and why would I have purchased a policy that didn't fix my car if I have broken down
