“I first bought a stamp in 2019 and felt it didn't work very well as it was very faint and I contacted stamptastic and they suggested I was using it wrong. So I just used it or wrote in pen.
I now have twio childrenin school so i've just bought a new one as although my ink pad had hardly been used (due to covid my daughters nursery closed)
The new ink pad which works brilliantly which is great I must have been sent a faulty one previously.”
“Okay! Quick and fairly easy to use. Doesn’t stamp very well onto all clothing labels (had to buy name stickers elsewhere to compensate) & sometimes leaves an outline around the name. Wanted to love them as seen so many others rave about them! Probably wouldn’t buy again unfortunately. Great service though, delivery was quick and everything packed well.”

Just a little note to say our package did get stopped in customs under a different company name and when I called customer service the lady although polite did not know if it was your company. She took my details and said she would speak to the owner and call me back which she never did. I paid the customs fee and the items arrived but I would be afraid to order again given the customs charge. Friends had ordered pre Brexit so I know this is new.
I have yet to use your product but I have heard great things and they look great.

“Just received my order, it came in 2 days. It is easy to use and the ultimate proof of value will.be when I see how long the ink on the garments lasts.
So far do good. The thought of seeing labels on pants socks etc was something I couldn't face”

Thank you for taking the time to provied our small business with a review on feefo. I can't find any emails or messages from you in relation to your order so if you have contacted us to query the product and we haven't replied please accept my most sincere apologies.
I'm sorry that you think that the text was too small for your needs. We have a print preview option on our website that offers customer the option to print out their design and see the image in life size. This way the customer can check their image and ensure that it fits on the care labels of their kids school uniform.
It is of course impossible for us to advise on font and font size as all names are different lengths and all care labels differ in size which is why the onus is on the customer to check that they are ordering the correct size.
We encourage customers to use the print preview and all customers need to tick a box to say that they are happy with the size of the text they have ordered. If you have followed the above steps and feel that the text is still incorrect please can you send me a photo of the text with a ruler next to it so I can investigate and check that the machine has produced the correct size you ordered.
