Stamp is lovely think it’s overpriced for what it is and for it to come with no ink

Not as good as the stamp is really faded with one wash. Very expensive for something that doesn’t work. Would like a refund as really disappointed bought the ink too. The style was great but stamp doesn’t work.

I was very excited to try the stamp from stamptastic as seemed to be the perfect solution to labelling school socks and it’s with no labels. Unfortunately I’m disappointed as it has significantly faded with the first wash.

Bought from this company before and had no issues but unfortunately this time I ordered an ink pad and it seems like I have to press my stamper into the ink at least four times before it prints clearly so not very good hence only 2 stars

I had been seeing the advert via all my social media channels thought it looked good so I purchased the ink pad and Stamp to label all my kids school uniform. Thought it was a bit pricey for £24 I have twins but could only afford one stamp. I Marked all the labels etc which the stamp was too big for the majority of them but carried on. Did my first wash of uniform to find the stamp has faded already so going to have to find an alternate way of labelling now and spend more money. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend

I ordered 2 of these assuming i would love them from other reviews, unfortunately i do not. I find it all very time consuming; having to re ink with each stamp, find space on a label, line it up, have a hard surface to press down on. I am going back to name label stickers which i originally had, so much quicker and easier to see, half the time nursery don't even notice the name on the label. Wish i had bought one to try it out as not cheap and now jsut going to sit in a drawer

I wouldn’t repurchase or recommend. The names were wonky and smaller than expected. One was bigger than the other. The stamp also picked up ink even when delicately pressing, a lot of extra line marks and smudging on the clothes. And it also washed out in the first wash!

The ink is not strong enough, so fade after few washes.

My 4yr old loved these but could be made a little more structured the hole for the keyring isn't quite the right size which weakens the card and within 24hrs letters were coming off, would be better laminated with a slightly bigger hole otherwise fantastic

Hello Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. We are a small company run by 2 mums and rely on the feedback of our customers to make improvements so we really appreciate any feedback. I notice that you gave us a 2 star for our service and wonder if you can please let us know your suggestions for our customer service. We work very hard on customer service so any suggestions you have will be most gratefully received.  All the rubber names are placed on by hand. Our team take great pride in their work and will be disappointed to learn that in this case the name wasn't applied as accurately as it should have been.  As the block is transparent this shouldn't have an impact to stamp in the correct place. I wonder if you can please send me a photo so that I can show to my team and help maintain our quality control in future. I can then possibly send you a replacement. We have offered to investigate this for you but not received a reply to our email. Best wishesFrancesca

Hello Thank you for taking the time to provide our small business with feedback. Thank you for your order which we received at 11.41 on Saturday August 24 which was the Bank Holiday weekend. You were sent an order confirmation email at 11.41 on the same day, a shipping confrimation email on Tuesday 27th August at 8.44 am. Unfortunately Royal Mail do not collect or deliver post on Bank Holidays so Tuesday was the first day we could post to you ? I noticed that you opted for free second class delivery rather than selecting first class post. We do encourage customers ordering over the bank holiday and so close to back to school to opt and pay for first class postage just to ensure that your order arrives in plenty of time. We recommend stamping on care labels and as mums we understand sometimes those care labels can be very small. That is why we added the print preview to the website so you can print out your design and check it fits on the care labels and also they is a reminder tick box at the end of the ordering process to confirm you are happy with the size text you ordered. You haven't been in touch for a refund so am assuming that you are using your stamps and are happy with them. best wishes Fran

It doesn't last, nearly impossible to read after the first wash.

HiFor best results we recommend stamping on care labels. On other fabric please ensure you are stamping on smooth flat fabric (not socks, fleece or polo shirt material). Please do not use stain remover or bleach in your laundry as this can strip the ink off.best wishesFrancesca

I am aware it doesn't always work on certain plastics due to recent email regarding this. However it is fading out of my boys uniform already and I didn't want to have to stamp again as would not look right with faded name in the background very hard to align, I don't feel happy to recommend this product.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. We have since been in email contact to try and resolve your concerns. I'm afraid we can't guarantee that the ink lasts on plastic as different plastic manufacturers use different coatings. It really is hit and miss with plastic and we are very open and honest about that. It's on our FAQ's too. We do have many customers who use the ink on lunch boxes but I'm really sorry it didn't work in your case. We had an independent laboratory carry out a colour fastness test designed to assess the extent to which the colour of the ink fades on textiles. The test method used is BS EN ISO 105-C06:2010 using the 40°C multiple wash cycle option. The ink passed the test up to 50 washes. There will always be fading in the first few washes but if you wish to bear with us then I think you will find that the name is still there after 50 washes. I'm delighted that you had no concerns with ordering or delivery as this aspect was quick easy and arrival of product was timely. I can see that you ordered on 1st July but even though this is way outside our returns policy I would be very happy to offer you a full refund. If you do wish to send it back please can you post second class to the address previously provided. Best regards Francesca

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback via Feefo which I replied to the next day. We pride ourselves on our customer service and are very sorry to learn that you felt our service was disappointing. Is there anything you feel we could do to improve our service? We really value our customers feedback so any suggestions you might have would be appreciated. Can I just please check? Did you send the email to info@ or another email address? It's really important we know this so we can pick up where and when emails are going missing. We are sorry you feel the quality of the product is poor, long names don't usually present a problem. The ink shouldn't smudge if left to dry for a few seconds. I wonder if you could please let me know if the ink is smudging on all surfaces or just one? Any photos you have would be great so I can establish what is happening. Best regards Francesca

Stanp has rubbed off a water bottle and is already fading off socks after just two washes. Don't like the way some of the edges of the stamp gets ink on it and other bits don't - either have a border round the name or not. No holder provided to store and inky stamp either.

Many thanks for your feedback on Feefo. We are a very small company run by 2 mums and so appreciate any feedback we receive. We have since been in email contact to try and resolve your concerns. There will always be fading in the first few washes but if you wish to bear with us then I think you will find that the name is still there after 50 washes. Unfortunately the ink doesn't work well on wool (are the socks you stamped wool?) or socks because of the weave of the material. Have you stamped any other items of school uniform? I'm afraid we don't provide a storage option as it would increase the packaging and postage costs which we would then have to pass on to the customer. Many customers just pop theirs in their kitchen drawer or indeed in the envelope it was supplied in. This is the first time someone has commented on this so I will definitely mention this to my colleague and see if there is anything we can do in future. OK, so the socks, I really can't explain why one looks so much better than the other. In fact I am surprised the one sock looks that good because typically socks are very difficult to stamp because of the stretchy weave of the material. I'm not sure why the stamps are showing a border, this certainly shouldn't happen. Not sure if it is because you are stamping on an uneven surface or slightly rolling when you stamp. Anyhow, I have arranged to have another one sent to you and hopefully that one won't give you the border. Do please let me know how you get on with it. Best regards Francesca

I had to leave a number of messages and send emails before I received a reply to my first enquiry but after contact was established, the service was excellent and we are very pleased with the product.

Hi Marion, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. So sorry that our initial customer customer wasn't at it's usual top notch level. Your enquiries arrived during the busiest week of our year. We literally received thousands of enquiries that week and I am so sorry that we missed you. However I am delighted that we managed to provide excellent customer service and that you are please with the product. Best wishesFrancesca

My order arrived with a torn foil bag for the inkpad, which looked as it had just been caught while going through the post. I asked for a replacement and was told there were no spares and suggested I use a ziplock sandwich bag instead, as that is what they do when they lose theirs. I replied that I didn't have a ziplock sandwich bag and expressed my disappointment given the emphasis placed on the foil bag in stopping the inkpad from drying out on the website video. I was then asked to post the inkpad and foil bag back so they could speak to their manufacturing department to show what had happened. Also that they would look in to getting spare foil bags. I didn't hear back again but a replacement did arrive so it was resolved in the end. I just felt the original response was a little blasé and I'd have preferred not to have had to ask for the foil bag more than once, especially given they stress how important it is. Nor did I want to go out and buy a sandwich bag or keep the inkpad in one! The stamps are great as is the inkpad.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback via Feefo. We are so sorry that you felt let down by our customer service. Unfortunately we don't hold spare foil bags in stock but recognise that we should have offered you a replacement straightaway. This is now our policy if we have any other customers notify us of faulty bags. So thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are pleased that you think that the ink pads and stamps are great! ? Once again, please accept our apologies that on this instance our customer service let us down. Best regards Francesca
