“I ordered 2 of these assuming i would love them from other reviews, unfortunately i do not. I find it all very time consuming; having to re ink with each stamp, find space on a label, line it up, have a hard surface to press down on. I am going back to name label stickers which i originally had, so much quicker and easier to see, half the time nursery don't even notice the name on the label. “I wouldn’t repurchase or recommend. The names were wonky and smaller than expected. One was bigger than the other. The stamp also picked up ink even when delicately pressing, a lot of extra line marks and smudging on the clothes. And it also washed out in the first wash!”

Thank you for your order which we received at 11.41 on Saturday August 24 which was the Bank Holiday weekend.
You were sent an order confirmation email at 11.41 on the same day, a shipping confrimation email on Tuesday 27th August at 8.44 am. Unfortunately Royal Mail do not collect or deliver post on Bank Holidays so Tuesday was the first day we could post to you ?
I noticed that you opted for free second class delivery rather than selecting first class post. We do encourage customers ordering over the bank holiday and so close to back to school to opt and pay for first class postage just to ensure that your order arrives in plenty of time.
We recommend stamping on care labels and as mums we understand sometimes those care labels can be very small. That is why we added the print preview to the website so you can print out your design and check it fits on the care labels and also they is a reminder tick box at the end of the ordering process to confirm you are happy with the size text you ordered.
You haven't been in touch for a refund so am assuming that you are using your stamps and are happy with them.

I notice that you gave us a 2 star for our service and wonder if you can please let us know your suggestions for our customer service. We work very hard on customer service so any suggestions you have will be most gratefully received.
All the rubber names are placed on by hand. Our team take great pride in their work and will be disappointed to learn that in this case the name wasn't applied as accurately as it should have been.
As the block is transparent this shouldn't have an impact to stamp in the correct place. I wonder if you can please send me a photo so that I can show to my team and help maintain our quality control in future. I can then possibly send you a replacement.
We have offered to investigate this for you but not received a reply to our email.

“We felt that although the quality of the materials used to make the was fine the end result after stamping the children's clothes is not that good. The stamping ink is washing out and is already faded after about 3 washes.”

The ink will last 50 washes on them. The ink won't work on thick bumpy weaved fabric such as fleece material, socks, jumpers or polo shirts. I wonder if you could please let me know if the ink is washing off the care labels? If so, then I would be more than happy to investigate further for you. I am terribly sorry that you feel that you had to wait a long time for delivery. We received your order at 8.21am on 25th August and dispatched it at 1.34pm the same day.
We work incredibly hard to get as many orders as we can out on the same day. It's incredibly frustrating but on a very infrequent basis Royal Mail don't deliver as quickly as they should. I can only apologise on their behalf.
Unfortunately once an item is dispatched there is nothing we can do to track the order. We rely on Royal Mail to deliver the order. We do provide an Express delivery Service where customers can pay for guaranteed next working day delivery and in those cases the customers is provided with a tracking number.

We have had the ink independently tested by a laboratory and it withholds up to 50 laundry washes without fading on most fabrics (not wool). I am surprised that the ink is coming off so easily. I wonder if you could please send me some photos of stamped items so I can investigate. Do you use bleach or stain remover in your washing? If so, this might be why the ink is coming off. For best results please do bear in mind that for best results we recommend stamping on smooth flat fabrics such as care labels. Best wishes Francesca
Hi Anna, I'm terribly sorry to hear this. Please ensure you are stamping on care labels as this is the best place to stamp. Also, do not wash above a 40 degree heat and do not use stain remover. If you still have problems please feel free to get in touch. Best wishes Emma
Hi Thank you for the feedback. With the standard name stamp it comes in one size but there are loads of different font style and font size options you can try! We don't guarantee the ink is permanent but it has been tested independently by a laboratory and will work on most fabrics. For best results the fabric must be flat and smooth. It won't work on fabrics with a thick stretchy weave such as socks, fleece and polo shirt material.Best wishesFrancesca
