“Overall I am please with quality of the product. However, I was unsure of how to personalise the stamp and so sent a quick email and asked how to do it and included an example (not the exact wording) of what I would like. I was expecting a reply to explain what to do so that I could then take my time and check all the details were correct. Instead I received no reply and my quick example was used for the product. It was not a major error but a missing capital letter is the sort of thing that bugs you when you stamp over and over again! Partly my fault but had I known my example would be used I would have double checked and checked again. When I spoke to someone on the team they informed that it was too late to amend as product had already been made.”
“service was good, however i am not sure of the product as it came out of wash easily, stamp came out after 1-2 wash, when i seek advice from customer service, i got very fast responses, but i don't think it really resolved my issue”

As mentioned by customer service we suggest stamping on care labels and that's where the ink 'takes' best. The ink won't work on very bumpy/thick weaves. “I feel this item is little overpriced. The stamp seems to be of good quality but the ink (purchased separately) was very dry and did not have very good coverage. I can't see the ink lasting long.
Pro: Easy to use and very quick.
Neg: pricey, short shelf life of the ink.
Would I purchase this again?.... maybe not.”

The website could be easier to use . I wanted to order 2 stampers for both my children. However I ended up having to do them as separate orders as every time I changed something it altered the item I'd already put in the basket.”

“Product arrived the next day after ordering which was excellent service.
Stamp was easy to use, my only complaint being that the ink faded considerably after just one wash of the clothing. This was disappointing considering that I found the product quite expensive. I was hoping for something of better quality for the price.”

But I gave it 3 stars because I had to ordering the stamp & ink separate costing over ?20 and paying two lots of P&P it would be nice to have a starter kit. “I cannot give a realistic review as the stamp was bought to mark my mum's clothes as she was in a home with Alzheimer's and she died before we got a chance to test the stamp fully. Service and delivery however was fine. I no longer have school age children and so have no further need for a stamp so this one will end up in the bin. I cannot comment on durability etc.”
“The stamp is a great idea but it does wash off in the washer after two washers. I liked the idea of the stamp to save time but having to restamp after one or two washes is a pain. It is fine on tuber ware but not on clothing.”
Hi, Thanks for your feedback. We have had the ink tested by an independent laboratory and it will withhold 50 washes on a 40 degree heat on most fabrics but the fabric must be flat and smooth which is why we recommend stamping on care labels. Please note that if you are using stain remover in your wash this could be the cause as it may strip the ink out. I hope that helps :)Best wishesFrancesca
