“The service itself was ok. The ink pad is of high quality, however the stamp does not show on clothes labels. When approaching customer service I was informed that it was my fault for picking a fancy font and that I should use the discount code provided to order a new one !!! Umm not very helpful”

I would be very happy to help you and investigate for you. We guarantee that the ink withholds 50 laundry washes on care labels. It sounds like you might be stamping somewhere else which is why the ink might be fading. If you would like to let me know where you are stamping that would be super helpful.

“Stamp fantastic and so easy to use.However only one thing I wished I had known pre purchase and that is if you go for your childs full name(christian and surname) it will not print on the tiny clothes tags and as my daughters uniform is black can only stamp tags.Therefore I wish I had a stamp with just her initial and surname as it would have then been perfect.So to improve your service customers should be aware of this.”

Having only used it twice the name itself seems to be coming unstuck from the pad . I have pressed it down back onto the clear stamp but is still lifting on one corner. The sticky seems to be not very strong”

I am delighted you received your order in time for back to school. We work incredibly hard to get all orders out as quickly as we can which is why our team runs 24 hours a day 7 days a week even over the bank holiday weekend. I noticed that you ordered on the Saturday of the bank holiday weekend and we dispatched your order (with our Freepost) at the first available opportunity on the following Tuesday (there not being a post service on Saturday, Sunday and Monday).
I notice that you gave us 3 star for our customer service but only referred to the product. I would be ever so grateful if you could please let me know what improvements you think we could make in our customer service.

Thank you for taking the time to provied our small business with a review on feefo. I can't find any emails or messages from you in relation to your order so if you have contacted us to query the product and we haven't replied please accept my most sincere apologies.
I'm sorry that you think that the text was too small for your needs. We have a print preview option on our website that offers customer the option to print out their design and see the image in life size. This way the customer can check their image and ensure that it fits on the care labels of their kids school uniform.
It is of course impossible for us to advise on font and font size as all names are different lengths and all care labels differ in size which is why the onus is on the customer to check that they are ordering the correct size.
We encourage customers to use the print preview and all customers need to tick a box to say that they are happy with the size of the text they have ordered. If you have followed the above steps and feel that the text is still incorrect please can you send me a photo of the text with a ruler next to it so I can investigate and check that the machine has produced the correct size you ordered.

Hello, I am delighted that you think our service is great!I am sorry that you thought the rubber was applied wonky. The rubber is applied by hand. Our team do strive hard to apply as straight as possible. This should not have an impact on the ability to stamp accurately as the stamps are trasnparent.We would be happy to replace the stamps for you if you would like to return the orginals back to us. “Customer service was good. They replaced my stamp as it was smudging. However much as I like the idea. After a couple of washes I need to restamp everything- so disappointed in the actual use.”
