I'm really pleased that you were happy with our customer service but so sorry you are disappointed with the product.
The ink should last up to 50 washes on most fabrics. I'm afraid we can't guarantee that the ink is permanent as we know there are certain fabrics (wool) and surfaces (some plastics) that we know it doesn't work so well on. Would you please be kind enough to let me know which fabrics it's washing off and after how many washes? Any photos you have would be really helpful.
I'm sorry your ink seems to be smudging and/or missing the end of a name. Please could you let me know what surface the ink is smudging on? Again any photos would be really helpful.
When you say the name has come off the end of the stamp do you mean the 'sticky' rubber bit has come off?
I notice that you ordered a while ago so if you would like to send your stamp set back to me I can make some investigations as to why these problems are occurring.
