“I like the product. This is my 2nd purchase. Unfortunately I didn't realise the ink pad had to remain in the sealed envelope so it dried out, hence need for the 2nd purchase. One star taken off because initially i was given option for free postage but when I applied a 15% discount code I had from my 1st purchase, the free postage automatically changed to 1st class (with no free postage available as an option anymore).
So my so-called saving was no longer a saving as I had to pay for postage. 15% discount was applied but my overall cost was more than I should had paid had the 15% discount been applied to the item with free postage as was the option initially before adding the discount code.”

We are delighted that you think that your Stamptastic Stamp Set is an excellent product and hope we have saved you lots of time now you no longer need to sew or iron on labels into school uniform. In regard to the black square, that sometimes happens when you press down too hard, so we would suggest having a go but pressing a little lighter. Unfortunately we can't guarantee that the ink works on plastic as different manufacturers use different coatings on their plastics.

“Lovely idea. I've brought these for my girls and some for Xmas. They are fine easy to use and quick.
I did find if I push to hard on the Ink pad that the outside of the stamp gets inked and then prints which doesn't look so nice but thats my human error”

The black ink should work on red fabric, I think the reason why it's not working on the socks is because of the weave. Unfortunately if there is a weave in the fabric or the fabric is bumpy the ink won't work so well :(

“Very good product,I would love it it you could have a bit more choice on stamp size,, but good quality and service... I didnt see if you could get a discount for more than one, as I have 3 sons and my best friends daughter to think off this would have been great, along with different coloured ink pads,”
