Hi! Many thanks for providing your review on Feefo. We are delighted that you think our service and Stamptastic Stamp Set is good! The ink should last up to 50 washes on most fabrics (unfortunately not wool or anything coated with Teflon) due to the weave). Hopefully using your stamp set will reduce hours of sewing and ironing labels onto school uniform!

Whilst we are delighted that you were happy with our customer service, we are so sorry that you feel that the product is letting us down.
In regard to fabrics, the ink should last up to 50 washes on most fabrics and shouldn't wipe straight off if left to dry for a few seconds. If you would like to send me some photos of fabric items you have stamped I can investigate why the ink is fading.
Unfortunately in regard to plastic we can't guarantee that the ink will work on all plastics as different manufacturers use different coatings, so it works on some plastics not others, which I appreciate is very frustrating!!

We pride ourselves on our customer service and are very sorry to learn that you felt our service was disappointing. Is there anything you feel we could do to improve our service? We really value our customers feedback so any suggestions you might have would be appreciated. Can I just please check? Did you send the email to info@ or another email address? It's really important we know this so we can pick up where and when emails are going missing.
We are sorry you feel the quality of the product is poor, long names don't usually present a problem. The ink shouldn't smudge if left to dry for a few seconds. I wonder if you could please let me know if the ink is smudging on all surfaces or just one? Any photos you have would be great so I can establish what is happening.
