We are delighted you thought the service was excellent but obviously disappointed that you thought that the product was bad.
We emailed you on the same day we received your feedback to try and address your concerns.
I'm afraid we don't guarantee (or market) that the ink lasts on plastic as different plastic manufacturers use different coatings. It really is hit and miss with plastic and we are very open and honest about that.
We offered a full refund but you mentioned that "Thank your reply, I do appreciate your reply .. There is no need for a refund I am grateful for your explanation into the plastic issue, the stamp itself and service has been great"
