I'm really sorry you think our service was poor, although I am really pleased that you think that delivery was good.
I'm sorry that you the think the product is poor. We have had the ink independently tested by a laboratory so I am disappointed to hear that the ink has noticeably faded after 5 washes. We have sold over 10,000 ink pads and have not received any issues with the ink fading on fabric.
In my most recent email to you I have requested photos of the stamped items. As soon as I receive the photos we can investigate further.
