“I like these trousers a lot... the flat hip and waist fit is flattering. However, from style to style sizes vary.... I am 5ft 8in tall but still need to shorten the regular length - and buy petite! plus the size 8 is too big in some styles and perfect in others. If there was more consistency in sizing this would be flawless. But once you get through a few returns and experiments, the result is great. Very comfortable”

“The items received have been of good quality & very quickly despatched. Staff on info line are helpful. I have experienced some delay re inf about an item I returned 10 days ago but for the moment I am assuming that may be caused by a seasonal back log.”

“I love the quality and styles of Robell trousers. Over the past 5 years I have purchased at least 12 pairs !! However, I'm finding the choice of colours, whilst numerous (to the extreme), lack certain classy colours. Excuse the adjective. But, I am looking for a nice gunmetal grey and there is nothing close. In fact not a dark grey to be seen.”

“Very pleased with the fleece-lined trousers. However, I bought two different sizes as I wasn't sure which size I would need. I've always had size 12 in Robell but felt that the size 14 was a better fit.”

“My order came quickly, which I was pleased about. However I had to send them back as I feel there was a problem with the sizing. I have numerous pairs of the same and these did not fit. When I laid them against the others they are smaller. Called Robell re getting a prepaid return label but they ‘don’t do that’. Was told that, if they agree there is an issue I will be reimbursed for postage. Overall a rather disappointing experience this time. That said it will not stop me ordering from them in future.”

“The colour, style and fabric are excellent. However, the pair I ordered were quite a bit smaller than my original size 12s and also longer. I have had to take them up a good 2 inches. I am a regular size 12 and 5ft 5ins. Annoying but I still love the item! The customer service and delivery were also very good.”
