“The goods supplied were of exactly the right colour, however the leg fit was baggy - very disappointed to hear this is your slimest fit. Your team tried to help me today, but were unable to advise as 'Rose' is your slimest model. Your return service is quick & efficient.”

“I am usually pleased with how fast your orders arrive. I recently had my first distressing delivery experience due to my email address not being precisely typed in by a Robell employee. The weekend came and the money had gone from my bank, yet I’d had no notification, that the order had been received. Luckily, a member of staff read my panicky email and put my mind at rest. The trousers arrived on the Monday and are great, even though the ones I really wanted had been out of stock. Thank you.”

“Somehow I bought the wrong kind of pants and did not realize I had Marie’s instead of Bella’s. The Marie’s are also slim fit which I never order unfortunately, I had taken the tags off soI knew I could not return them.”

“This was the second time I had used the website. The product was as good as my first purchase but I had issues with payment. I paid for my item and had a call a few days later to say it wasn't in stock and did I want to order it to be delivered in 10 to 14 days which was fine by me. It arrived in 14 days but then I was charged for it again. I rang up and they put in a request for a refund which I got a week later. I would have appreciated an apology by email or a discount code for the inconvenience but have received neither.”

“The trouser I bought was rose black leaf, was told to buy a size up but was so big, my size is 14 and bought 16, and altered them as that is my job but warning who would buy rose”

“Great choice of both clothing plus sizes. They are delivered very timely. The only issue I have is that they don’t have smaller sizes. I am a size 8 UK however as Robell sizing is at least one size bigger than UK so to stock more styles in a 6 pls.”
