My order came quickly, which I was pleased about. However I had to send them back as I feel there was a problem with the sizing. I have numerous pairs of the same and these did not fit. When I laid them against the others they are smaller. Called Robell re getting a prepaid return label but they ‘don’t do that’. Was told that, if they agree there is an issue I will be reimbursed for postage. Overall a rather disappointing experience this time. That said it will not stop me ordering from them in future.
