“I bought the short pair as I didn't want to take hems up as I usually do!! Length is perfect, lovely quality fabric. They do feel a little short from crotch to waist ( which was mentioned when I ordered them ) but other than that great pair of trousers.”

“I probably have at least 15+pairs of trousers and cut offs (shorts) of Robell . I love my new check trousers but they’re way tooo long so I have a lady who is altering them for me . My wish is some more check trousers that have a shorter leg length ❗️ Please let me know if you have any”

“I love my Robell trousers, they fit so well, look good, and are very comfortable. They also wash and wear well. The only thing I baulk at is the cost but I guess in this case you really do get what you pay for :-)”

“I like these trousers a lot... the flat hip and waist fit is flattering. However, from style to style sizes vary.... I am 5ft 8in tall but still need to shorten the regular length - and buy petite! plus the size 8 is too big in some styles and perfect in others. If there was more consistency in sizing this would be flawless. But once you get through a few returns and experiments, the result is great. Very comfortable”

“The items received have been of good quality & very quickly despatched. Staff on info line are helpful. I have experienced some delay re inf about an item I returned 10 days ago but for the moment I am assuming that may be caused by a seasonal back log.”

“I love the quality and styles of Robell trousers. Over the past 5 years I have purchased at least 12 pairs !! However, I'm finding the choice of colours, whilst numerous (to the extreme), lack certain classy colours. Excuse the adjective. But, I am looking for a nice gunmetal grey and there is nothing close. In fact not a dark grey to be seen.”

“Very pleased with the fleece-lined trousers. However, I bought two different sizes as I wasn't sure which size I would need. I've always had size 12 in Robell but felt that the size 14 was a better fit.”

“Really nice trousers but was disappointed to find they are ankle grazers not full length as I'd thought. The price was OK so I've kept them but they won't be used nearly as much as I'd expected.”

“Website easy to navigate. Order arrived as promised. Kept one pair of trousers, the second velvet pair were too long, and slightly puckered on the seams so I have returned those, hoping the refund is as efficient as the ordering.”

“My order came quickly, which I was pleased about. However I had to send them back as I feel there was a problem with the sizing. I have numerous pairs of the same and these did not fit. When I laid them against the others they are smaller. Called Robell re getting a prepaid return label but they ‘don’t do that’. Was told that, if they agree there is an issue I will be reimbursed for postage. Overall a rather disappointing experience this time. That said it will not stop me ordering from them in future.”
