“Website easy to navigate. Order arrived as promised. Kept one pair of trousers, the second velvet pair were too long, and slightly puckered on the seams so I have returned those, hoping the refund is as efficient as the ordering.”

“Really impressed with the ease of ordering and the speed of delivery. Would recommend So Simply Robell ☺️”

“My order came quickly, which I was pleased about. However I had to send them back as I feel there was a problem with the sizing. I have numerous pairs of the same and these did not fit. When I laid them against the others they are smaller. Called Robell re getting a prepaid return label but they ‘don’t do that’. Was told that, if they agree there is an issue I will be reimbursed for postage. Overall a rather disappointing experience this time. That said it will not stop me ordering from them in future.”

“The colour, style and fabric are excellent. However, the pair I ordered were quite a bit smaller than my original size 12s and also longer. I have had to take them up a good 2 inches. I am a regular size 12 and 5ft 5ins. Annoying but I still love the item! The customer service and delivery were also very good.”

The trousers were a great length but unfortunately there wasn't enough give for me in the waistband so I had to return them. They would be fine for someone who isn't as sensitive as me with things around the middle.”
