“Unfortunately I was disappointed with the jeans I had ordered. The quality was not what I was expecting...... I have sent them back for a refund”

“The jeans are a very nice fit but disappointed in the quality of the material for the price. Stiff and papery and quite thin.”

“Normally I would rate Robell as 5 stars but on this occasion I am disappointed in the condition of my velvet trousers on arrival. There was no care in the packaging and they arrived creased and rumpled. I hope that this will rectify with a cool iron.”

“I had a pair of Bella 09 which I loved and fit perfectly so decided to get a few more pairs in different colours. They are perfect for work and very comfy. I ordered the same size and style and one pair are way too big and the other are a bit tight. Neither are as good as my original pair. The twilight blue pair are not as nice material either, kind of a canvas waterproof feel. Not sure why they are so inconsistent! Had to pay for postage for returning as well.”

“I have some Robell trousers from many years ago and are still good quality. I tried some cut-offs in Browns in Helmsley and they were the same quality and a good fit but I wanted full length so I sent for these. The material feels thin and cheap and the fit is only acceptable. They need ironing after washing. Perhaps they are a summer trouser and there may be some winter ones which are better?”

“Service was incredible, very quick delivery but the trousers stated they were 32” inside leg and they were only 30” - very disappointing!!”

“I have used this business for buying all of my trousers and jeans for years , always perfect fit size 8 or 10, Wouldn’t go anywhere else . HOWEVER bought shorts this year , only a few weeks ago , 4 pairs of black shorts for my holiday in November , AWFUL fit ,stiff uncomfortable material, tight on waist and legs , even though the same size as all my other trousers !! Really disappointed. The knee length ones are fine , it’s the shorter ones . Washed them to soften them, no difference. Cut the elastic at waist—— slightly better, but still horrible on the legs .Never again. 😱👎🏼”

“I ordered my usual Bella 09 ankle grazers (I have 7 other pairs, all fabulous) but went for the cotton twill for a change. They arrived the morning of my trip so I packed them but didn’t realise they are a lot tighter than the normal Bellas. Because I’m away I have to wear them, they’re ok but not as comfortable as usual and I probably won’t wear them when I get home. I now see you tell customers to size up for the cotton twill but regular customers don’t necessarily read the description because we think we know what we’re ordering! You need to make the size issue much clearer on this style.”

“Having visited your store in Dorset earlier in the tear and purchased many pairs of Robell trousers before, I was very disappointed with the fit and quality of the velvet trousers. I always wear a size 12 but could hardly get them on! The fabric was thin and hardly decent velvet and although the colour was called regal purple it was more like a dark pink. It might be quite a while before I risk buying any more !”
