“I have been shopping here for years and have a lot of these trousers, full length and cropped. They wash very very well and keep their shape....some I've had for well over five years and am still wearing them.....they are so comfortable, fit true to size and perfect for travelling as they don't crease. The online shop is excellent, easy to order and rapid delivery.”

“I ordered a blouse for Christmas that looked lovely on the website and even better when I unpacked it after it arrived. Unfortunately it wasn't a good fit for me so sadly I had to return it. I was concerned that the return didn't appear to have arrived so I called and spoke to Abbey about it. She was so helpful and understanding, and said if it did arrive she would call me to put my mind at rest. She called me back later that day to say they'd just received my return parcel. Absolutely brilliant customer service - thank you I will order again.”
