“I have taken quite some time to research down jackets for an upcoming trip and came upon So Simply Robell site and decided on a jacket. I tried on the size 14 which seemed a little large for me so rang and spoke to a professional fitter who was delightful and so helpful. I ordered a size 12, returned the other one and have been thrilled with my purchase. Recommend this company for ease of using the web site and for their customer service.”
