“Have worse Robell Marie trousers for years. No need to bother with buttons and zips, just pull them on and off I go. Figure flattering. They also wash well in the washing machine and hold their shape.”

“Sizing seems to be an issue, I can be size 12 or 14 and will the without ordering both sizes and then having to pay for returns there is no way of knowing which size will fit me. Also very expensive unless in sale”

“So Simply Robell, I found by accident, when looking for some summer trousers tat the last minute (having drawn a blank over 2 months) to match a Beatrice von Tresckow Paisley jacket for a wedding. Having asked for help to identify the most suitable match, I was offered 3 options. I could not choose, and so bought all 3! The trousers were selected, packed and posted and in my hand the following day, wow! All perfect (oops). Subsequently with a decent lead time again sought velvet trouser colour advice to match an evening jacket, the 48 hrs standard service was again brilliant and as much as the trousers were gorgeous, excellent value for money and well made they were not quite right colourwise. Responsible for my own return costs (standard policy), my refund was actioned within 24 hours of the return and a very prompt email advising such. The Customer Service is superb, , so helpful, knowledgeable and informative regarding stock levels - eg low stock not to be replenished. Subsequently ordered a differnt pair of velvet trousers to match a different jacket and oh my, bingo. So my review is for remote/online service, and sim[ply thrilled. Thank you so much, So Simply Robell.”

“Products are excellent and my wife is well pleased with the quality and fit. Items are well packaged and arrival time for Northern Ireland is fair. However I purchased a gift (jumper) for my wife and mistakenly forgot to apply the 20% off discount code. On contacting customer services I was advised it was impossible to credit my account but I could return the item and then reorder it with the discount code! I’m a good repeat customer and was disappointed this minor issue could not have been made much easier. Needless to say I did not return the item which would have incurred cost/inconvenience on my part and additional cost with packaging and postage on your part.”
