My order is stuck somewhere in Tennessee and has been since the 15th. This happen before when my order came from scandiborn but at least I could email them I have nothing and the order should of been delivered. I hate FedEx not reliable . Please find my order

I ordered some crib sheets. The order was processed very quickly and I received it in a few days. The product is very good quality I would recommend.

I haven't seen the products yet but I know I will be happy. It is the import fees to Ireland that I am shocked by. My goods were 145 euro and I paid 45 euro in imports? My email address is niamhinisoirr@hotmail.com

Due to Brexit, all orders delivered outside of the UK will encounter additional customs duties and taxes. Sadly these additional charges are outside of our control. Love this product! My baby dose not like to be swaddled but gets cold very easily. The sleeping bag keep her nice and warm but give her freedom to wriggle when she wants to. Very good quality and the opening is very useful for night time changes to not disturb my baby as much.

Ordered some toddler rails as baby was falling out of bed and waking us up. Paid for next day delivery.......nothing showed up. Called customer services said had been despatched but no delivery info. Offered to refund delivery charge and said would call back later to let me know where parcel was......no refund, no contact and 5 days later no product!

The mattress on the snuzpod4 is too thin. I have had to place a blanket underneath the mattress for my baby to sleep on it without feeling the frame underneath I have ordered the Surface Air mattress which is the thicker option not included with the cot. This has cost me £45 and I have yet to receive any delivery or tracking information for the item- I ordered it 5 days ago.

I do want to reassure you that the mattress complies with BS EN 16890: 2017 / BS 7177:2008 + A1:2011 and is the required depth to be used in the SnuzPod4 itself. The cots look amazing but the manufacturing of the kits is horrific. I’m so disappointed with how badly it’s mad. We recently order the toddler rails and it’s honestly the worst £50 I spent. I think we may need to buy a new bed as it’s not safe to have my child sleep in this.

Assembled the furniture set on the 16 of May. After assembly noticed a very pungent plastic and synthetic smell, which differed from the normal unboxing of new furniture, no one can stay in the room with the furniture for more than 10min without causing a headache. Hence contacted Snuz support about the problem. I was informed that the furniture passes safety standards, and I should air the furniture to let the odour to dissipate. However, now more than a month has passed and I have aired the furniture all this time, the odour is still very pungent. This really makes me question whether this is a safety hazard for both pregnant woman and the newborn. Hope someone can investigate further into this issue, and will recommend families with children/newborn to stay away.

Very unimpressed. I've spent twice as long as the claimed 50 minutes assembling this. It feels like a prototype in need of a proper work-over from a product designer. It is fiddly for no apparent advantage. The assembly illustrations are ambigious in parts and some of sequencing does not appear to make sense. Quality control needs work too as one cross-brace was missing the nuts to recieve to the screws and another brace was split where the nut receptacle had been driven in too hard. I tried to assemble this a competent father attempting to help a daughter just home with a new-born. In the event, there is a crib but no stand to place it on. I wouldn't recommended this. Even without issues, it is expensive and overly complicated.
