“Your service in getting the test results back to me was OK but your website is a nightmare to use! I wouldn't use you again because the website is so bad.”

Hi Michael, I'm very sorry to hear that. Our website is used by hundreds of people every day and we haven't received that feedback before. What in particular did you not like? I would be very interested in your comments as maybe we can fix it.

“Very easy to use website & ordering system. However, the couriers you use to collect the samples are far from competent. They sat on the roadside and took a photo of the building, insisting that there was no one here to collect from. Then tried to charge us. We have CCTV & were able to check & clarify that no courier knocked to collect the sample. The next day, same company came to collect even though it had then been sent by post....i'd change the company as they put you in a bad light.”
