“The instructions I was given were clear and unambiguous. The test itself was easy to complete. Full instructions were given about how to send the sample back for analysis. Lastly, I received the result after about 2 week, which the time given within the initial test details. Very pleased with the efficiency.”

“The instructions could be a bit more clear but your great customer service definitely makes up for that (see Harvey the Human). If you could make the ml indicators more visible on the bottles that would be a great help with filling them up with more ease. The email and web chat communication we receive is spot on and the certificates are clear and well presented.”

“WE HAVE BEEN USING SMARTWATER FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS NOW AND I MUST SAY THAT WE AVE HAD NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. WE GET AN EMAIL THAT SAYS WE NEED TO GET OUR WATER TESTED WE SAY YES OK AND EVERYTHING FALLS INTO PLACE.”

As soon as we realised that you were having trouble downloading your certificate, we provided you with a PDF via live chat and when you couldn't download that we emailed it to you. Please let us know what more we could do to improve our service?
