“The process for ordering, collecting samples and returning was incredibly quick and seamless. SmartWaterTesting provided everything we needed to make the process as smooth as possible. They kept us up to date with order dispatch, the returns process was simple (just dropped it off at the post office with the prepaid label) and once the returned samples had been received we receive auto updates on processing - and the option to have an emailed certificate was even better as we did not have to wait around. There were no delays, instructions were easy to follow and communication was great. Highly recommended.”
