Your service in getting the test results back to me was OK but your website is a nightmare to use! I wouldn't use you again because the website is so bad.

Hi Michael, I'm very sorry to hear that. Our website is used by hundreds of people every day and we haven't received that feedback before. What in particular did you not like? I would be very interested in your comments as maybe we can fix it.

Ordered the kit on the 10/2/2021. Sent my samples off shortly after that and still haven't heard back if all is ok. Had an email on 16/03/2021 (over a month later!) stating they had received the package but that's it. Don't think I will be using them again as it has taken over 2 months to complete when they advertise it takes 2 weeks!

Hi, your sample was received on 16th March and the certificate issued on 26th March; 10 days. All our samples are delivered to our lab the next working day so you could not have posted your sample until 15th March. I'm sorry you are not happy but the service provided to you is as advertised.

I think a postal service is a good idea but after nearly 4 weeks I had to contact the company to get our results. When I did they were responsive and I got them the same day. However the service promised results in 2 weeks and I wasn’t expecting to have to chase them.

I have to say that whilst the purchase of the kit was easy - the subsequent communication with you to arrange the collection of the samples was not good. The automated service on the website did not work and other forms of communication were fruitless. It took many attempts and several days to resolve this. Fortunately we make it a practice not to sample our supply until we have organised a collection date - if we had the the collection would have exceeded best practice collection period. The issuing of the certificate was completed efficiently

Hi Tony, thank you for your feedback and I'm very sorry you had some issues. The automated collection booking system on our website does work (it's used numerous times a day) but maybe you have an internal filter that blocks it from opening? We've known this to be the case previously. The instructions that are included in the testing kit also provide an email address in order to book a collection which you used and you asked us to book to a collection for the following day which we did. I'm not sure why you say, therefore, that other forms of communication were fruitless and it took several days to resolve? That appears to simply not be true.

Everything seemed to go right until I didn't get my water test certificate within the expected time frame. I eventually contacted the office which seemed to kick the system into gear and a test certificate was duly emailed. Had I not contacted the office who knows when the certificate would appear. Not impressed.

Hi Geoff. The test certificate was received from the lab on Friday 22nd June and emailed to you on Monday 25th June. The email is marked as received but it may have gone into your junk mail? We have done everything in line with our offering so I can only assume you didn't receive the email containing the test certificate. I'm sorry you are not happy but it is a bit harsh to blame us if your email system has auto directed our email into your junk folder.
