Difficult to communicate with took full two weeks to get the result and certificate impossible to download.

Hi Clare, I’m sorry we’ve let you down. We do ask you to allow 2 weeks for certification and I cannot see any voice mails or other communication from you regarding the certificate? Please let me know if you are still experiencing issues and I will be happy to help.

We accidently paid 3 times as much as we needed to, but Smart Water Testing have refused to reimburse us. I won't be using this bunch again.

I'm really sorry you are not happy. Our system automatically calculates the number of sample bottles required in your Testing Kit when you enter the number of hot water outlets there are at your site. This happened in your case but you manually changed the number of sample bottles you required. I'm not sure how we can be held accountable for this? Due to the personalised and sterile nature of our product we are unable to offer refunds. That's why we ask you to make sure what you are ordering is exactly what you need. You can, of course, use the additional bottles for future testing.

Not very helpful Having to pay for a hard copy certificate to be sent out and no one answer the phone with any queries

We're confused by your review; You had the option to buy a hard copy certificate during the checkout but you chose not to. We are quite happy to send you a hard copy certificate after the event but we charge a small amount for doing so (the same amount as we charge if you ordered one whilst placing your original order). To then provide a negative review is very harsh and unfair. Additionally all our calls are logged and we have not received any from you and neither have you left a message so we could call you back. Very bewildering!

Hi Terry We have no record of you trying to contact by email, message or telephone. Our system logs all calls, even failed calls and there are none. Your review is the first we heard of any issues you were facing and, therefore, is extremely harsh. We will happily help you if given a chance to do so!
