“I run an Airbnb which has a hot tub, my concerns were legionella. They answered all my questions and made me feel that my business was in good hands. I received the test kit 24 hrs after purchasing it, followed the simple instructions provided and returned the water sample in a pre paid 24 hr box, as soon as the sample was in the laboratory I was notified and after 14 days I received an email saying all was clear and a certificate was issued. They also will be sending me a reminder when the test is due again next year. I can’t fault Smartwater Testing their service was 2nd to none and I feel relieved that my hot tub is safe! and I have piece of mind. I’ll be using them every year in the future.”
