“This service is very easy to use, as is collecting the water samples. The kit comes with clear instructions as well as an easy return system. the results (along with your certificate were received within the time frame specified . This is the scond time i have used this company and would definitely recommend”

“The only improvements I can think of would be to make the certificates valid for 2 years, make the bottles thin enough to post in normal post boxes, and to offer a discount for multiple properties. Otherwise very happy with the service.”

“The service is good value with the clear instructions and the pick-up of the water to be tested included. The results followed about a week later and a certificate is generated on the website link for you. Very easy to do and use .. will use again next year.”

“We conducted 3 Legionella tests with Smartwater Testing and found the process straightforward and good value for money. We had an issue with getting the tests collected as the courier company were unreliable but Smartwater testing did eventually provide an alternative.”
