“Easy to order, easy to complete the test and easy to return..... would highly recommend. Use them for our annual legionella test and wouldnt go anywhere else. I dont need complicated !!!”

“Kit arrived. Simple to use and sent it off as instructions. Got a mail to say the certificate could be downloaded. Had problems downloading but a phone call sorted it out and I got it emailed to me”

“Test kits were sent out promptly. Instructions were clear. Results were fed back in 14 days as promised. Well done. We had ordered email copies of the test certificate, rather than paper copies but had difficulty opening these on screen. We managed it eventually. This may be down in some part to limited operator computer skills”
