“We are a residential service for adults with Autism and learning disabilities across 4 locations. We have used smartwatertesting for a few years now, and have found the system easy to use- we receive alerts that testing is due, and kits are easy to order and delivered quickly. Once completed kits can be picked up by a courier or returned by Freepost, are quickly processed by the lab and the certificate returned. Would heartily recommend, saves a great deal of work and stress. The team are friendly and helpful when we have contacted them and very supportive when we set up an account.”
