“So easy to use, great to be able to do legionnaires testing myself and not have to pay someone else a lot more to do it. Easy to send back and quick turnaround on results. Also easy to check online for where the results are and previous results are stored”

“Smartwater testing is really easy and an efficient way of obtaining the Legionella Certificate we need annually for our rental property. It's inexpensive, the kit arrives quickly after ordering online, the instructions are easy to follow and a few weeks later the confirmation certificate arrives by email. Nothing simpler!”

Hi Clare, I’m sorry we’ve let you down. We do ask you to allow 2 weeks for certification and I cannot see any voice mails or other communication from you regarding the certificate? Please let me know if you are still experiencing issues and I will be happy to help.

“Very easy to use and post back, good communication re. receipt of sample and the test results. We also paid for a hard copy certificate which we have not yet received hence only 4 stars.”
