“Just what I was looking for. An easy low cost way to test water in property which has been empty for a few months before tenants move in and ensure compliance with landlord responsibilities. “This process works perfectly well for us. Purchased through the portal. A planned runaround 3 seperate sites and popped in the post on the same Monday. 2 weeks later we receive the results with email notification and a link back to the portal. Certificates printed and/or saved. Great.”

“I have been using Smart Water testing since 2022. The process is very simple, from ordering to taking/sending water samples back for testing. The certificate comes through after 2 weeks as promised. As a small company, this works for us and will happlily continue using this service.”

“We have been using this service for our tennis club for several years. I like that we are reminded that a test is due, the online ability to order a test kit is easy and the kit arrives in a few days. Our samples are returned by post using the free tracked royal mail service, receipt is acknowledged and we then receive e-mail notification of the results. We can then download an electronic test certificate for our club records which we use for our annual LTA registration process.”
