Very easy to use website & ordering system. However, the couriers you use to collect the samples are far from competent. They sat on the roadside and took a photo of the building, insisting that there was no one here to collect from. Then tried to charge us. We have CCTV & were able to check & clarify that no courier knocked to collect the sample.
The next day, same company came to collect even though it had then been sent by post....i'd change the company as they put you in a bad light.
