“Very useful to have a hard copy of the manual when actually using the phone. Text quite small at A5 but an A4 version would be a bit unwieldy. Spiral binding a good idea for something that could endure a lot of handling.”

“I am still trying to operate my new Duo but without the manual I would struggle. The manual is helping and I would recommend it. I am 91 years old and trying to keep up with some of this technology. I must say it is difficult and need good manuals like the one you produced.to cope. Thank you. Very Satisfied.”

“The manual is excellent giving a great deal of useful info. I am a 95 year old tech nerd and would have liked a large print version although I doubt there would be much of a market.It would also mean a manual as big as a bt phone book. !!!”
