“I had a few questions regarding my Samsung Galaxy S-10 and the manual has answered them. I am sure I will relate to the manual in the future when more questions arise. Smartphones become more and more advance so I am happy with the manual.”

Hello I am sorry you found the manual insufficient. We do not write the manuals we print off what the manufacture has made available and in this case it was a Samsung Galaxy J3 manual.

“Published by the supplier of the phone, I was hoping to find an illustrated list of all icons used by the device on page 1. In my view vital & fundamental. I stumbled on page 44 which lists some icons - but that page isn't listed in the "Table of Contents"! It needs a proper alphabetical index. I give that as an example. The manual has many other detailed shortcomings, and I have to go to other sources for guidance - Samsung helpline is useful, also trial & error experimentation. It reminds me of Haynes manuals for car maintenance. It could be a lot better - nevertheless you're better with it than without it. This my first smart phone. I realise I have a long hard slog ahead to fully understand it & get the most out of it.”

Hello The manual you ordered was for an Apple iPhone. Unfortunately the manual is wrote by Apple and not us. The manual covers all iPhones that are compatible with the iOS software 12 this being it is the software that operates the phone.

“I ordered a manual for my IPhone XR. I received 2 thick books which covers many IPhones with instructions that may or may not match your phone. It has too many pages and is so cumbersome to make it extremely difficult to use.”

Hello I am sorry you found the manual to large. The manual was wrote by Apple and covers all their phones with iOS 12 software on them. We simply download,print and send to our customers.
