“I never got it after 3 months. Plus didn't have it for 2 Natl event I needed the assistance for the S21 camera feature Always has been quick. But I contact them sometimes back and told on its way”

Hello I am sorry the manual has not arrived I can see we sent this out on the 17th June 4 weeks ago. There are delays due to covid restrictions and less flights leaving the UK the post can be transported on. The manual should be with you by now. I will email and check we have the correct address for you.

Hello Unfortunately you have one of the more advanced phones. The apple iPhone manual is produced by Apple we simply print the manual they have made available.

“I expected this to be THE definitive iPhone manual but, as with several independent manuals , eg the Dummy series, it was, unless I missed something, unable to lead me to the Compass facility in my iPhone 7 with iOS14. Also I had to find other ways to control 'Messages' than those described in this manual as well as different to the methods described in 2 other iPhone 7 manuals. Nevertheless, your version is the most comprehensive manual so far encountered and I would not wish to be without it. The helical binding is far better than stack glued or sectional stitch and tape binding but needs to be a larger diameter to avoid risk of tearing the slots over time, ie the thickness of the stack needs to fit in slightly < the radius of the helix. Cost of the 2 vols is very good, @ approx 1.8p / printed side. I ordered via internet so some of your survey begs that question. it wrongly assumes that I have an Instagram a/c. not so. Response was fast!”
